MACHADO – ITHURSARRY
The complicity between Machado and Ithursarry is quite surprising. Telepathy and originality can be felt in their interactions. They have the love of dance and songs and also of the less trodden paths in common. Machado can imperceptibly progress from lyricism to far more abstract and dreamlike atmospheres. At times Ithursarry picks a note to alter it until dissonance.

MACHADO – MINVIELLE
In fanfare – but without drums and trumpet – with the singer, scaler, rapper and “rhyme-elsewhere” Gascon André Minvielle, in whom the love of the verb causes him a feeling of celebration. At his side for a dazzling duet, Jean-Marie Machado, lyrical and solar pianist opened to all experiments. Voice and piano: a tight formula for a generous music, limitless and unbounded, shaking with joy popular and scholarly traditions to better reinvent them.
